i finally watched the show on sat morning! =)
overall tots of e show:
touching n ke ai w a twist to e story...
jay chou was ke ai de lo~
so was his dad huang qiu sheng~
love e 2 of them tog as father n son.. hahaz.. always v comical de~
i would consider it a partial happy ending ba...
cos got some ppl also not happy in e ending mar...
=P
den they got this conversation in e movie tat 不听音乐的人是坏人！
which i find v interesting.. how come he will have this perception~

anywayz..
fri was another outing w adez n yj!!
we went ikea~
muahahaz.. cos adez wanted cup coasters..
she ended up buying:
cushion (red)
placemat (super cute de lo!)
bowl (green)
bedsheets + quilt cover
sounds like q alot rite...
realli q alot.. hahaz..
after tat we had "high tea!" which was more like dinner to us...

went as a validator for *** fac...
i tink they r going to hate me n yingjia alrdy...

cos we really juz wrote down watever things tat we see...
actualli alot of stuff we alrdy gave chance n din write alrdy lo... =P
but i find it q funnie la...
cos initially they were like super nice to me n yj...
but after we started to do our job...
we can c their change in attitude towards us lo.. hahaz..
got afew gals tat i realli felt like slapping cos of they attitude la.. =P
dunnoe anything den juz keep bitching there... grrr~

it was q boring being a validator...
all e time we juz spend waiting n waiting... =S
we finally got transported to padang after their float left..
but it was more waiting after tat...
i tink some of e validators also v bored...
so got 1 guy validator came n tok to us abit here n there...
from sde de.. hahaz.. q crappy but frenly..

den we walked ard e area to sneak peeks at other ppl's floats...
esp other hall floats... =)
saw e impressive sheares float.. realli v colourful~
but ours was not bad also k...
got chance to fight wor... cos it juz so happen tat e others r not as strong this yr... =)

finalli when our shift was over...
i joined KE n yj joined KR...
we juz hang ard e area.. look somemore at ppl's float.. yan jiu abit here n there...
basically checking out e competition.. hahaz..

i was realli v tired.. cos whole nite never slp...
plus e sun was shining so brightly... XP
also plus having to walk a long long long distance juz to get to restrooms n to get lunch... realli sianz.. =P

finalli we could enter n watch e performance~
but sadly we were seated at e other side away from e hall ppl.. =(
so when KE came out.. we can onli scream from our side w e strength of 3 voiceboxes...

actualli i was v disappointed...
i couldn't hear our ppl scream..
i dun c our flag...
i dun c them even grabbing a space in e front rows to support our float...
there wasn't any qi shi at all...
super sad...
e mechanisms din screw up...
e dance actualli improved much more...
but we lost in a major lack of qi shi...
actualli got alot of other stuff.. but dunwan to say here lo...

when it was time for award presentation...
we were super jing zhang...
when results were announced...
e feelings were a mixture of disappointment n anger...
i dun understand how ****** can win tat...
i dun tink anyone noes how they can win tat...
dun understand how e judges judge...
yalo... alot of other stupid things i shall not mention ba...
if not.. it's realli going to be a whole list of my complaints..=P

on a side note...
i managed to c many of anderson ppl!

today is 1st day of sch!!
damn sad cos e lecturers i dun understand wat they were toking bout la...

My Last Day!!

6 weeks r finally over…
Today is my last day…
Shi kai xin de lo!!

Thinking bac…
I was realli q apprehensive bout going to work initially..
Worried bout how my work place would be like…
Will there be gd ppl??
Will I be able to adapt??
Etc etc… loads of unknowns…

But fortunately…
I was attached to a gd shifu…
I was attached to a great store w interesting characters…
I enjoyed e gd company of serene…
Actualli nothing much to complain bout except for maybe e low pay n e sianness when there was nothing to do n e ever looping songs from e same old CD… n of cos e stress from all e mini assignments our shifu gave…
Tat sounds like a lot of complaints alrdy.. hahaz.. =P

Along e way…
Loads of funny n unforgettable n sometimes weird incidents have happened…
Recalling them now brings a fond memory..
Hahaz… I sound like I’m toking bout something tat happened ages ago…
But realli.. I mean I wont miss e work there…
But I will miss e experience n e things tat I’ve been thru there… =)

Am realli thankful for e experience…
Thankful for all e ppl who have helped me n serene in one way or another…

Wanted to do it on tue… but a turn of events prevented me from doing so…

Sat – SY bday party!
She had a pink theme n we had to buy her a lollipop as a tix to enter…
E party was at her hse…her hse is nicely deco-ed wor…
She was all dressed up! All pretty n sweet n all… =) mei nv!!
JC also wear until v nice n v pink! Hahaz… he looked juz like e male host for e party lo…
Her cake was a bright pink key w loads of cream on it…
A really v pinkish party~
Wat surprised me was tat jc’s mama n didi also went…
Wat was even more surprising was tat I tink she recognize me?? (I was pri sch classmates w jc mar~)
Cos she kept looking at me when I walked past her.. hahaz.. hopefully is cos she still rems me n not cos I look like a weirdo… =P
We juz nua-ed in her room (which looked v meng huan w all e extra balloons covering e floor) e whole time cos got aircon..hee..
went home at ard 1030pm n met Benjamin n weijian on e train… so made some small talk w them bout sch stuff~

E chairs were oki la.. but I still find causeway’s theatre more comfy…

Went to grandma’s place to learn dumpling making w sis…

Of cos mine were not mei… n they were mini size cos I tink I put too few rice.. hahaz…

Morn met up w sh n wl to go marina kbox…

But on the other hand…
Do I really need to achieve anything?
Wat counts as surviving n wat counts as living? Who defines it?
Do all these really matter?
Or is it tat life is all about having a good time? (cos life is too short to worry so much? Haha…)

Finalli I went to watch e long awaited pirates 3… e theatre was almost full… q surprising considering tat it has been up for q sometime alrdy… I tot everyone who wanted to watch e show would have watched it by now…
Anyway…
Johnny depp is as usual a very gd actor n was v charming as e notorious jack sparrow…
=) I’m q a fan of jack sparrow…hahaz..
His mannerism is one of its kind…
he’s so wu li tou…always doing such unexpected things tat makes me laugh~ q a smart guy…love him~ hahaz…

dun wan to give spoilers for those who still haven watch n r intending to do so.. so I shall give v general comments~ hahaz…
in this sequel…
e whole plot unfolds to give e more complete picture of wat’s really going on…
thou some parts I cant q understand due to me forgetting wat happened in part 2…
(really shld have watched part 2 again before watching 3.. but I cant find part 2 anywhere… =( shall attempt to watch 3 again if I get a chance to watch 2 beforehand…)
a lot of fighting scenes…e ships getting blown up n stuff…
certain parts r q funnie…
certain parts r abit “duh~”… (dun understand e thing bout crabs…)
e show is ard 3hrs long…
n overall I enjoyed it~ made me laugh… =)

我生病了！

have been sick ever since saturday when we celebrated pj's bday...
sunday i woke up to find myself having runny nose, sore throat n a slight cough...
monday i woke up to find myself having a slight fever n a more severe cough n a runny nose but no more sore throat...
tuesday i woke up to find myself having e same fever n a cough but no more runny nose...n i even went out to watch shrek 3... *shakes head*
today i woke up n it was e same as yesterday...

so i finally went to c e doc juz now...
he is realli one of e bestest family docs ard..(not tat i have seen many docs..but he is realli nice~)
he noes i am studying pharm so he was explaining my condition to me in more details like e bacteria n e wbc blah blah blah..cos my phlegm was yellow.. i cant realli catch it.. cos he was toking q fast.. n i wasn't realli in a clear state of mind...
in short... he says i mite have bronchitis... =(
it can develop into pneumonia...
so scary rite...
so he gave me
salbutamol tab,
indomethacin,
cophadyl-e cough syrup (drowsy),
clarytas antibiotic (containing clarithromycin)...
he also says it could be contagious.. so i shld stay away from everybody...
no aircon.. no direct fan blowing at me..
drink more water.. no cold stuff.. dun wanna irritate my airways more...
oh ya.. btw.. his wife is a pharmer too..=)

Happy Birthday to ME!

It is officially my birthday.. 00.15am..
N I am spending the 1st few moments of my life as a 21 yr old writing this entry.. =)

After a v eventful evening..
I am now tired..
But it’s going to be a long entry ahead..

1st of all..
I wan to thank e people behind tonite’s (or rather.. yesternite’s) celebration..
They r… sh, bert, hs, pj, jh, jrm!!

Now, I shall recalled e events…
We were supposed to meet at 630pm at vivo..
But unfortunately..
I estimated e time wrongly..
So I reached 45min earlier!
To entertain myself..
I decided to go walk walk at vivo 1st..
So I went into 1 of e accessory shops..
N as I was coming out..
I saw a familiar figure…
Muahahahz.. it was Jeremy!
Hehez.. yuan lai he also so early.. =P

So we walked bac to e station tog to wait for e rest..
N tat’s when we saw this poster!

E names r printed in e wrong order lo.. (maybe cant c properly here..but check it out when u go vivo or something..)
How can they do this.. it’s a huge poster somemore.. =P

Sh finalli came..
N we were told tat e rest r alrdy at vivo..
Diaoz.. so we walked bac again..

On e walk to swensons for dinner..
(btw.. it’s called Earle swensons.. I dunnoe y also..)
We picked up Jh who happened to be looking at “dogs” in e shop..
Hahaz.. so we resume our journey to e faraway swensons which was really q far..
Saw bert, hs, pj..
N we had dinner..
Almost all of us except pj ordered e baked rice which is supposed to be big enuff for 2 persons..
In e end it was sufficient for 3 persons lo.. e waitress made us tot it was v small.. diaoz.. hahaz..
Gd thing I was sharing mine with jrm..
So he ate up most of it.. =)

After dinner we went walk walk..
Upstairs to e open area.. n stared at sentosa..
Waiting for bert, hs, pj who supposedly went to visit their fren to join us..
Hahaz.. after a while..
Saw them come up w a chocolatey cake w a lot a lot of candles! Hehez..
1 big.. 11 small.. all e candles r those cannot be extinguished ones lo..
They will relight themselves after u blow..
ROAR!!
So I try v hard.. n finalli after using much of my breath..
I finally blow out all e candles.. =)

Den they forced me to remove e 2 flowers n leaves on e cake with my mouth..
ROAR!! they took pic somemore.. so ugly!
I finalli managed to do tat too.. with my nose touching e cake.. =P

So I made wishes..
Yes.. wishes.. I made 2 wishes..
But cannot say out.. =P

They bot e confetti poppers..
N started popping.. hahaz..
Make e place dirty lo..
So we had to sweep sweep sweep.. n at e same time protect e cake from e confetti flying ard.. =P

Cut e cake.. distributed to them..
They were evil..
They say dun give me tissue or knife..
I have to eat with my hands or mouth juz like tat..
ROAR!!
So I did tat too.. eat with my hands.. messy messy..

Nxt came e most unforgivable thing.. =S
Bert, using e choco cream, tried to smear it over my face..
So I tried to kick him away with my legs..
Hs..being e accomplice.. came over n grabed my hands.. so I tried to kick him away too..
Bert jiu chen ji rub choco on my face!!!
So now I alrdy got some smears of choco on my face..
But it wasn’t v yan zhong tat type..
Abit here.. abit there..
E worstest thing was.. I had an attacker from behind..
He had his hand full of choco cream..
N he spread it all over my face..
I almost couldn’t breath la!!
Can guess who is he rite.. =P
Choco was now all over my face..my hair..even in my nostrils.. *eeeks!*
So I wan revenge..
Run ard like a mad woman…
Trying to inflict some choco onto them..
All of them (the guys) got some choco in e end la..
Muahahahz!!
The gals were innocent.. so I din touch them.. =)

They take turns taking photo with me..
like I’m an exhibit..

finalli.. we gals went to wash up..
actually onli I need to wash up..
they r all relatively v clean..
aiz.. so I used e tissue paper wipe n wipe n wipe..
but I still feel sticky n chocolatey n dirty..
n e tap was irritating!!
Cos it’s sensor type.. den v little water come out lo.. sianz..

When we got bac..
I realized tat they had stuffed all e confetti into my bag..
ROAR!! Zhen shi de!!!
So I stuff them bac into bert’s bag while they went toilet.. hehez..

So as I was resting..
Bert n jrm suddenly got e stupid idea of dunking me into e mini pool..
Omg.. I scream n scream until dunnoe wat..
I tink e onlookers juz laugh at me..
I’m not going bac to vivo anytime soon..
Gd thing it was at nite n no one can c me clearly..
They grabbed me.. n wanted to drop me into e water liao..
Stupid me tried to kick away my slippers..
In e end 1 of my slipper fell into e water.. *oops~*
In e end they let me go..
But my butt was alrdy wet..
Bad bert took 1 of my slippers n put it into e water..
So I attempted to push him into e water..
But he din fall in..
So I splash water on him lo..
Hehez.. so he got wet too! =P
Sweet revenge~ muahahahz

Finally.. all was calm n peaceful..
We took photos.. n ate jh’s donuts!
Thx to zy shu shu who queued for 3hr to get it.. xing ku le..
But it was v v nice.. hahaz..

Time to pack up n go home..
Jh, jrm, me took train while e rest took hs car bac..
This jrm.. as usual so busy..
Phone no more batt..
Borrowed my phone.. n so many smses lo..
Plus many phone calls..
Tsk tsk.. busy like dunnoe wat.. still say he not busy..

I opened e presents on e train..
I like e watch! Pink colour one! I will wear de!!

Went kboxing w e pharm gals!
This was to celebrate wl’s n ade’s bday..
Yingjia even baked a nice big brownie for them!

They were all v late!

I was again e earliest.. cant believe it..

We got q a big room cos we got 8 ppl..
Sang q a lot of songs…
But couldn’t finish singing all..
Cos we all dian-ed too many!
Realized huilin really really like SHE..
She dian-ed so many of their songs! Hahaz..

After kbox.. we went to walk walk..
Den some of them play arcade..
E rest of us played pool..
Omg.. ade was pro~!

After pool, some of them had to go bac home..

SAVE THE POLAR BEARS!

Heard from jie jie bout e polar bear documentary tat I wanted to watch but missed cos I was at joy’s bday party..
So sad lo.. e polar bears..
The documentary said tat many polar bears r dying cos of global warming..
The ice r all melting.. making it very difficult for the polar bears to hunt..
so e bears will swim far out into e sea to search for food..
But eventually they get so exhausted tat they drown in e water..
*Sad la.. so ke lianz!*

And the documentary was filming this skinny polar bear..
Who swam far away.. n eventually found this group of walrus..
So he tried to bite e young ones.. cos he was really hungry n tired..
But the bigger sized mother walruses stepped to the front n attack him instead!
The polar bear got injured… bleeded…
N they say he will not survive le…
*sobz sobz* =::::(

Dunnoe why the ppl filming e documentaries dun go n save e polar bear..
So sad lo.. leave him to die..
N it was a cute polar bear too… (according to jie jie)
All polar bears look cute to me..
Cos they bai bai de.. fei fei de.. mao rong rong de...

so unfortunate tat they r suffering due to this global warming…
they mite become extinct soon~

Went bac to sch..
For e 1st time entered Biz lib..
It was q a nice place to study actually.. =)
Went with yingjia n Adeline to e seminar rm (which was exclusively for biz students.. but we din noe..=P gd thing e nice aunty let us use it for tat 2 hrs!)
So we set up our comps..
side by side with our 103 books on our laps..
e internet window opened..
we began e 1 n ½ hr of torment..
*nervous!*
gd thing there were 3 of us..
if not.. I cant imagine doing it alone..
we actually had ½ hr to check..
hahaz.. e power of group work.. yea!

Tiring day…
Met hl, sh, yj at orchard to shop for ade n wl’s present..
Cant believe tat yj got e place wrong.. she went to city hall instead..

But gd thing is.. we settled e presents v early.. muahahahz..

We were walking up n down orchard lo..
So tired!

We had gd entertainment.. cos spiderman 1 was on channel 5 n she has this super big projector screen n projector.. so it was like watching in e movie theatre w/o e aircon (aircon spoil XP, so it was bloody hot!)

Went to sch again..
To meet up with e pharm ppl to go to e industrial plant by a chartered bus..
It wasn’t exactly interesting..
Cos ½ e time I dun understand wat e guy is saying..
Yup yup.. so nothing much..
Except tat we had to wear v ugly helmets tat make our heads v big n goggles tat blurred my vision cos it was dirty.. =P
Butit was gd tat they provided us drinks at e end of e excursion.. I got coke!

Yesterday moved hse..
Morning was collaborating with yj n ade on how to strategically do e test..
