Been a long time since I slpt at 4am in e morning...

Yesterday went to louti’s hse to keep him company and have dinner.
Den his frens sms-ed n say there’ll be a supper gathering for his fren who came back to SG for afew days...

So we went down…
Waited from 10 to almost 11 before we reached our destination: geylang dim sum place…
A total of 4 cars + 1 bike carrying 15 ppl turned up…
The 1 bike is all becos of me… =X
So paiseh to guo hui again! All becos they had to make a space for me in jeffrey’s car… (so tat he can send me home later cos he stays opp me~)
Eat until super full cos they ordered 30+ plates of dim sum n each person a tub of sugarcane… *pukes esp since I dun have habit of eating supper*

After all e dim sum, we went to Holland village swensons!
They ate earthquakesss… amazing appetites.. haha.. =P
By e time we got settled at swensons it was nearing 2am alrdy…
They chatted here n there, a rowdy lot… but it was funnie hearing them tok all e nonsense… =P
Thruout e whole nite guohui juz kept making me feel guilty about his convo photo n his having to ride e bike out.. =X

When we finally paid our share n headed to e carpark, it was ard 3am…
Something strange happened…
We saw jeffrey’s car’s hazard lights blinking n his door was slightly ajar…
But nothing was lost n they were all v sure tat they locked e doors before they left de…
No idea y it was like tat but seeing tat nothing was lost…
We juz proceeded home…

By the time I reached… it was alrdy 4am…
Wat a tiring nite~ I zzzZZZ all e way till 11+ today.. =P

Convo and convos and others

last wk was NTU convos!

so i went down for the convocation of 2 very important persons ---
hx and louti~

hx's was on tues morn...

so i met cch n we bot her nice hua~!
*so happy we din get lost in the ntu maze, thx to hx's clear instructions...*

taking pix here n there...
cos she was v hun luan n needed to take pix w many many other ppl...
n also cos cch needed to get bac to work.

Louti's was on thurs morn...
this time i made my way back to the same place but alone.
i reached just as he came out of the auditorium so my timing was perfect~
haha..became his photographer of the day...
so paiseh tat many of the photos got blur due to my shaky hands n the slow shutter speed of the cam... =S
esp to guohui: i am soooooo sorry!!! shld have helped him take another pic~

it was q funny following louti n guohui ard...
cos louti would get stopped every now n then by ppl he knows when they were trying to get to a destination... den will stop to take photo.. chit chat abit...
but guohui was in a bit of a rush.. so everytime louti stopped, he will give the "look" n pray louti dun take anymore photos.. heez...

another incident was louti forgot my name... -.-"
he was introducing me to his fren n somehow my name was stuck in his throat.. "This is wei, wei , wei... "
den got suan-ed by guohui.. say dunnoe my name...
muahahah.. *xin sui le*

at nite i had dinner w his family...
realised his elder brother is someone who gets bullied easily n is v blur n innocent...
mis-heard "wo hai mei chu shui dou" to "wo mei you chi guo chee jiong fan" ~
n he gave me a v shocked look... haha...
a happy n filling dinner.. *his fam really eats alot!*

misc stuff:
i cutted my hair~
n i tink i need to rebond v soon..
been a yr since i last rebonded alrdy..
it's all starting to qiao in all sorts of directions~

shape run was a mess...
haha.. cos my new shoes gave me a terrible blister...
took a long long time queueing for all e goodie bagz..
n there were sooo many ppl everywhere... *faintz*

dunnoe wan to sign up for stand chart or not now tat i know my exams wont be clash w it...

i'm doing fyp~
which is something tat sounds so scary cos it's individual n i dunnoe wat i wan to do n do under who n i dun tink i'll be able to do a gd job...
i never liked doing projects alone... =(

actually i have been bac for many days alrdy..
just too nua to blog..

in case u're wondering...
i am bac from bangkok w my fam - all ladies trip... *shopping paradise!*
wat we did in bkk: shopping, eating, massaging...
super shiok!!
buying like nobody's biz...
we even mis-heard 75 baht as 25 baht n got stunned...
if really 25baht den we can buy every design le lo~ =P
i love pratunaam!!! hehe..

we ate a&w there too!
had my rootbeer float n curly fries n waffle icecream!!
i even took photos w the a&w bear.. haha..

we had massages for both e 2 nites we were there...
i had e leg massage cos i din wan to do the full body massage...
cos my legs were aching terribly after a full day of shopping...
e 1st nite i had e leg massage, it was a strong lady...
so strong tat my legs felt like they were breaking... but at certain pts on my feet it was shiok... hee..
e 2nd nite i had e leg massage, it was a young looking guy...
his massage was those comfy types tat u can fall aslp in e process de...
v nice! but e bad thing was at certain crucial pts he din execute sufficient force..

oh.. n e impt thing is we were staying in a suite!
2 persons in an executive suite...
n it only cost $45 per person per nite!!
i tink is really worth it! cos e room is sooo damn spacious... i tink can slp 4 ppl per room lo...
the best thing is tat e hotel is located rite nxt to pratunaam which makes shopping super convenient..

e only not tat great thing was getting "tokked" by e taxi drivers there...
they dun like to go by e meters n tend to charge 150 baht to go to places tat will cost 40baht when charging by meter...
but well.. it's still affordable ba... thou we'll try real hard to find those taxis charging by meters or those tat charge jus 100 baht..

sooo... bkk anyone?
muahah.. i sooo will wan to go again maybe... nxt yr? =)

also to apologise to louti cos our 3rd month i was in bkk..
n so cannot eat tog
but he so sweetly called n smsed me.. =)

we went for dinner at curry favour for jap curry on fri!
nice place w gd servivce... n the stew curry is yummy! *slurps*

den they told me on sat there is outing to sentosa...

haha.. apparently it was indicated in the excel spreadsheet sent to us all.. but since no one actually confirmed any details.. i tot it was off...
in actual fact.. it was on~ cos they discussed it online...
n i wasn't online.. cos recently dun have the habit to log on to msn... will juz go online to watch youtube n den log off le..

so in the end we went to ntuc shopping for picnic food for sentosa after dinner... brot chips, ham, hotdogs, cheese, bread, grapes, etc etc..
the picnic feast preparation will be on sat morn (the nxt day)..

n becos i know tat i was going to pang seh louti on sat..
i went to meet him n his frens after ntuc shopping...
they met at the prata place near his place...
they had supper n chit chatted while i drank my ice teh tarik...
*which reminded me of the chai bac in india!!*
got home at 12+... by courtesy of jeffrey who so nicely made sure i got to my lift safely before driving off~ n reminded me to sms louti...
real nice guy even thou we were not shu n everything... (only managed afew awkward conversations w him in e car.. =P)

so on sat morning.. it was picnic making time at pj's place!
we make abit.. eat abit...
so in e end.. even before we set off i was alrdy q full.. haha...

e first thing we did when we reached was to eat our feast.. haha..
gluttons lai de lo...
after tat pj, bert n hans played frisbee while me n sh stone n slack..

when they got tired we all sat down n started to play w sand..
like little kids like tat.. haha..
but we managed to bury hans.. cos he said it was cooling under the sand...

when it started to rain abit... we headed for the luge ride...
it was so short.. =S would have been more fun if it was longer... juz started to get e hang of it den alrdy reach finishing line le.. =(
i rem e nz one being much longer... n more shiok in tat sense.. haha
but since this is foc luge ride.. i have no complains~! muahaha.. *cheapskate me*

jiefu say i have a more humanly skin colour after e trip cos of the sun.. =S which i tink is gd news ba.. haha..

but the day did not end yet...
went to his place n showered.. *sooo happy to feel clean again*
it was another dinner n supper w his frens...
rather tired.. haha.. as usual juz kept silent..
sometimes i tink i q bad leh.. juz keep quiet.. not making an effort to talk to them.. maybe sooner or later they will tink i am dao~ haha...
but i dunnoe wat to say leh...den realli not shu... cannot act shu also rite.. will be so qi guai.. haha.. not my style also...
this type of thing need to develop naturally de ba... maybe when i in e mood to luan haa-laa~ den will get better.. =P

now i shall plan wat to do for the remaining of the hols... =)

ME who lazes around

it's the 2nd week of my hols...
and i have been lazing ard at home, lazing ard outside etc etc...
alot of nua-ing...
q unlike some of my frens who r out there actively working...
i tot of getting a job too.. earn me some $$
but after much consideration, i rather stay at home cos this will be my last long sch vacation...

however, i still tink i shld go n pick up something i like to do instead of juz nua-ing ard ba...
which i will go for soon i guess...
haha.. juz need to get my butt off the chair.. =P

watched hancock yesterday...
it's a gd show thou abit short~ =)
had an unexpected twist which brot alot of surprises to e story...
it was entertaining till e end.. hee..

今天。

我把他害得好累。
他不让我觉得内疚，
但我还是觉得很对不起。。。

When we were talking, I could sense his tiredness.
i know it was mainly because of me that caused him to feel so strained.
Caused him to miss dinner,
Travel all over e place,
Get caught in the rain,
Wait super long for e bus.

He said it was his own decision,
To keep to his promise.

But that wasn’t really a promise,
And it wasn’t a big deal so why did I have to sound so disappointed that he had to change his plans.

Sometimes I really dislike myself for being e lousy person I am.

I wanted to keep him company while he waited for his food.
But he was so tired that I wondered if I should just put down the phone and let him rest.

He said that it’s fine and he had nothing else to do anyway.
So we chatted.

After hanging up e phone,
I tot it was an awful nite.
Tried to be more cheery, tried to be more chatty.
But I tink I failed q miserably.

I just hope that tml and also in the coming days he wont be that tired.
Cos I wont be causing him to change his plans. *hopefully*

Sat met up w 03s23 ppl…
Has been a super long time since we last met…
Had shokudo for lunch…
It was v much mache style except all the food were jap…
Had e omu rice!
V flavour-ful n v nice!!
After class gathering met up w him to walk walk shop shop… =)

We were hysterically laughing at the olden mtvs…

sooo adorable! they keep wagging their tails when i try to communicate w them.. (outside my neighbour's door of cos)
but they keep them in 2 separate cages all day long...
i wonder y... the puppies look so sad...
can tell that they really wan to come out n play...
*sigh* dun understand y they bother to keep dogs when they seem to jus ignore the doggies...

i just finished harry potter book 7!
okioki.. i know i am slow.. but i was waiting patiently for the price of the book to drop.. it finally dropped.. so i saved 30 bucks.. haha..
(in actual fact i saved all 50 bucks cos someone bot for me..*smilez*)
it was nothing like children's fiction...
but it was exciting n an intense read...
ending wasn't wat i expected cos of all e rumours..
haha.. but ya.. i love harry potter series..
so now can only wait for the movies to come out lo... =)

Next up we went andersen's for desserts at amk hub for present presentation~!

but again we met with lousy service... a ah lian waitress who needs alot of training... n a auntie (senior of the ah lian) who speaks like she is in a kopi tiam...

isn't it basic courtesy to ask someone if they still need the menu before grabbing them away?

wat happened to pls, thank u, sorry, excuse me when they juz ask u "xiaojie, ur how many ppl? can sit 1 table anot?"

n wat's with the "huh, u wan bill ar?" kind of questioning to ur customers when they ask for the bill...

the whole situation was q funnie actually...

even the table beside us were complaining abt the lousy attitudes...

it was basically a bad service day.. haha...

Nua-ed at home n eat mee sua cooked by my mama…
Went out w lou ti later in e day…
Shopped at marina sq trying to look for my sis’s bday prezzie (cos her bday falls on 18th)…
Den I realized I noe wat to give to my sis after a short while…
So we juz walked abt aimlessly instead…
Looking at all e new new gadgets n testing him on his engineering knowledge/perspective…
He is q li hai on all those la.. haha…
After tat we got tired n decided to sit at e merlion area…

Throughout e day he juz refused to tell me where we r having dinner…
Juz say tat we were going for cai fan at republic plaza (where we climbed the 60 storeys)…
So I was still kept in the dark abt where we were going to eat…
As we were walking to the merlion…
We walked past fullerton… n started toking abt the chocolate buffet inside…
He innocently asked me:
if I wanted to eat inside later instead of the cai fan…
the price…
if I noe there’s any other places tat has e choco buffet…

In the end…
He brot me inside fullerton for the choco buffet…

Totally din expect it!
He brot the choco monster to the choco buffet… =)
Totally cheated me.. but in the nicest possible way~ tat I dun mind.. hee~

So we tried the dozen diff types of choco cakes… (some super nice.. some erm.. not my type..)
Fondue… (sour strawberries.. but super sweet pineapples!)
Hot choco drinks… (bitter n sweet at e same time!! oooo~)
Variety wasn’t a lot… but the choco were v yummy!
After awhile can get abit overdose…
so muz eat.. rest.. eat.. rest…

so…
I spent the first min n the last min of my bday w him… =)
I wan to say:

1st of all…
Happy bday to my dear sis who is now diving w my jiefu somewhere overseas…

So went out again today but w the pharm gals…
It was abit weird cos we met up separately to buy the various presents…
For eg.
Me, Christina n sh went to get wl’s prezzie…
Wl, adez, hl went to get my present…
The rest of us except adez went to get adez present…
Abit messy esp when it came to $$ collection… haha…
Not easy collecting $$ n writing cards in front of the bday person herself!

It was also a v funnie outing lo…
Cos e bimbo club is established once again… muahah!
Me, adez n yj accidentally wore pinkish stuff today…
N we kept walking n sitting tog, plus our (me n adez.. yj more calm on the outside..) gigglish nature, we got labeled as the bimbos club… haha~
Later when dilys joined us, even thou she wasn’t wearing pink n was trying super hard to act like she’s not one of us… muahah~ she still is lo! Cos she’s the most gigglish of us all!

1st week of work~

My first week at op is definitely tiring de…
Standing all day long…
Stressful packing…
Constant fear of the whoever coming in to ask “who packed this?”…
I tink she dun like us… dunnoe y also… we never offend her leh~
It’s really like a warzone…

Fortunately…
I have a gd pr*c*ptor
And I’m not alone, cos there’s 6 of us tog~
So we can complain to each other… =X
the pharmacists there r all nice ppl…
they r all v willing to let u tag along n learn stuff from them…
even thou they are forever sooo busy n stressed up…
but they r li hai de lo!
one look at the scripts they know wat is going on w the pt… whether there r drug interactions.. which I tink is damn zai~

Yup it’s my bday today!!!
I’m officially 22 yo~

Yesterday I received prezzies alrdy!
It was q a funnie scene while I was working…
Cos I was attached to retail yest afternoon…
Den while e pharmacist was toking to the customer…
Bx came down to op n he wanted to leave a small paper bag at e door of the retail room for me… which was along a very busy passage way…
At first I din even know it was for me…
so I blurly go out n asked him: “wat’s it for?”
N den he told me: “it’s ur bday tml mar.”
Me: ”orh~~ thx thx!!”
so i brot it to the pantry to keep..
Haha.. sooo blur!! Paiseh...
But it is a pleasant surprise n thx loads!!
Brightened up my working day~ =)

Den at nite I met lou ti for dinner~!
Dinner was pizzahut decided by me!
Cos he said he alrdy decided the dinner for 17th…
We were reminiscing abt our old days in Anderson…
Even thou we r generations apart…
But whoa~ his class is happening de!!
Kept me entertained throughout dinner…
Super funnie incidents… haha…
Stuff tat guai guai ppl like me can never imagine…
They were so notorious tat even ttp gave up on them…

After dinner we went walk walk abit den juz settled down at a new playground near my hse n chatted all e way until 0000… =)

yesterday the last paper ended!!
finally!! haha..
relieved even thou the paper is the worsest of all~

it was bert's bday celebration yesterday...
so we went mof for dinner~
he was terribly late.. so had more than enuff time to deco n write his card..
aiz.. i deco e paper bag until super ugly... so paiseh..
den keep getting suan-ed by hans e whole nite...
post exam writing cmi~ =P

when he came.. we finally can eat!! cos we were starving!
had the delicious tan tan ramen.. v shiok! cos can add alot of chilli powder inside the soup.. haha... pj also like~
den it was dessert time! woohooo~!
super nice de mango ice w soft serve shared w pj n sh!
we realised the mango syrup is free flow! omg...
so juz kept adding like nobody's biz.. haha...
kept eyeing other ppl's mango ice after tat.. heehee...

den it was packing time back in hall..
cos have to shift bac home on sat~
